Municipalities must make a "Reasonable Accommodation" and allow Facilities and Services which aid the Elderly and Handicapped to be built, as mandated by Federal and State Anti-Discrimination Laws. To do otherwise violates the Civil Rights of the Handicapped and Aged.

This Web Site is a National Clearinghouse for Civil Rights, Zoning, and Land Use Professionals, with a specific purpose to further the acceptance and development of Senior Housing.
